Optima Releases T:LAN Remote Commander v3.2

Markham - Ontario/Canada, January 6, 2008 -- Optima announces the immediate availability of T:LAN Remote Commander Version 3.2. The new release adds an enhanced scripting facility giving users a fast and easy way to harvest up-to-date information from Optima T:LANs and RIO units.

Users first generate the scripts using an intuitive point-and-click approach. No programming skills required. These scripts can then be run on any number of Optima T:LAN and RIO units to create and assemble the desired report or survey.

The scripting facility offers an efficient way to collect T:LAN, RIO and Alarm data or current network statistics. The gathered data can then be post-processed or embedded in spreadsheets or presentations.
