Shipping & Delivery.
At Optima Telecom, we prioritize the safe and efficient delivery of our hardware. Because we build professional and industrial-grade equipment right here in Markham, we offer a range of logistics options tailored to the scale of your project.
1. Local Pickup (Markham, Ontario)
For our customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions, we offer a complimentary local pickup option.
Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Closed on all Canadian and Ontario statutory holidays, and during pre-announced closures.
The Process
Please do not arrive at our facility until you have received a "Ready for Pickup" email. This ensures your order has been tested, boxed, and moved to our staging area.
Logistics
All pickups occur at our Front Reception. We do not provide loading dock access for these orders. Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for the dimensions of your order, as you will be responsible for transporting items from our reception desk to your vehicle.
2. Standard & Express Shipping
We partner with Canada Post and several leading national and international carriers to deliver our products globally.
Carrier Choice
You may select your preferred carrier at checkout.
LTL Service
For large-scale infrastructure orders, Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping is available and must be coordinated directly with our sales department.
3. Shipping Quotes & Market Volatility
Due to ongoing global events, fuel surcharges and carrier fees are currently subject to frequent, often daily, adjustments by our logistics partners.
Back-ordered Items
If your items are back-ordered or experience a shipping delay, the quote obtained on the day of your order may differ from the actual rate at the time of departure.
Our Integrity Pledge
We will only charge your payment method once your items are physically ready to ship.
Discrepancy Protection
If there is a significant discrepancy, we will contact you first for explicit permission to proceed. We believe in transparent pricing—no hidden surcharges, no unexpected fees.
4. International Shipments
For orders leaving Canada, the customer is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees as determined by the destination country.
