Full-time In-house Production

SMT Line Operators

Markham, Ontario, CANADA

Compensation

$18.50 – $28.00 per hour / $38,500 – $58,000 Annual Equivalent

We are looking for SMT Line Operators to join our team at our Markham facility to handle all aspects of our in-house production. You will work with advanced pick-and-place machines, AOI systems, and soldering robots to maintain our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate semi-automatic or automatic solder paste stencil systems.
  • Perform setup and product changeover tasks on SMT production lines.
  • Monitor scrap rates and report component waste.
  • Carry out quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot SMT assembly line equipment.

Requirements

  • Sought-after SMT line experience with a hands-on mindset.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Sales Representative

  • Proven experience selling network hardware/accessories or software.
  • Existing network of resellers and telecom carrier contacts.

Full-time Engineering

Junior Hardware Developer

Markham, Ontario, CANADA

Compensation

$62,000 – $75,000 Annual Range

Assist our engineering team in developing, testing, and supporting WAN/LAN based products. This role involves circuit design, PCB layout, validation, and working on compliance for regulatory approvals (EMC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in circuit design and PCB layout (Altium Designer).
  • Perform device/board level diagnostics and testing.
  • Develop test procedures and knowledge base articles.
  • Support compliance efforts for EMC and other relevant standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, cellular networking, and mixed-signal systems.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, soldering, and troubleshooting.

Junior Software Developer

Compensation

$60,000 – $80,000 Annual Range

Develop software solutions for wireless gateways, IoT nodes, and sensors. Focus on web and desktop-based business applications using modern technologies, contributing to both new features and the migration of legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web/IoT business applications.
  • Assist in requirements collection and documentation.
  • Perform stress-testing and verification of new software features.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Exposure to Java, Javascript, SQL, C/C++, PHP, or Python.
  • Knowledge of web services, service-oriented architectures, and SQL.
