At Optima Telecom, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Optima Tele.com, Inc.
Return Period
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Product must be in the original packaging.
- Product must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-configured hardware or software solutions.
- Opened software licenses or activation codes.
- Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
- Products purchased through third-party resellers (contact the reseller directly).
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at [email protected] or call +1 (905) 477-0987 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return in your request.
- Receive RMA: Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Send to Address: Ship the product to the address provided in your RMA confirmation.
Important: Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and verify that it meets our return conditions. If approved:
- A full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at [email protected] to arrange the exchange.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective.
Our Responsibility: If we made an error in your order or sent you a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a prepaid shipping label.
Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Optima Telecom is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Warranty Information
Many Optima products come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims beyond the 30-day return period, please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product or contact our support team for assistance.
International Returns
For international orders, please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or duties.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
- Additional processing time may be required for international returns.
